Recalling days before when Singapore's very own President, Mr S.R Nathan, freed some time in order to visit Republic Polytechnic in the current Tanglin Campus. Enthusiatic students crowding around the school compound as though the arrival of an all time greatest superstar. Spectacular! Never in my whole stay in RP where such treatments were given. Guess that is the power of charisma and a sign of utter respect for the leader of Singapore. We Student Ambassadors and the EXCOs in white RP polo-tee are also very honoured to have the chance to speak to him. Look at us, listening attentively to Mr President's view on different aspects including
Education, Prospects of Poly Grads, and Terrorism.
Saw me in the photo? I am the one standing behind the President in short neat hair...
After the euphoria of meeting the president, it's back to the usual self, one who is particularly concerned about my hairstyle. Or you can phrase it as the "metrosexual" me.
Really regreted cutting my hair, as all my friends should know by now how important it is to me. I can spend much of my time styling my hair instead of preparing for school. Never did I ever expect myself to have hair of such length. *Sad* And I believe that my madness nowadays are partly dued to the losing of my loved ones(in fact thousands of them). Sharin! Stop laughing at my hair will you? Must learn to be like Prisilla, appreciating it instead. =P
Waiting hopelessly for my hair to grow...
